Arch Materials strives to be a positive community member. Our operating philosophy is one that guides us to minimize any negative impact on our environment and our neighbors. In that spirit, all trucks leaving our property pass through a state-of-the-art "wheel wash", cleaning their tires and undercarriage of any mud, dust and stone they may have accumulated. Our plant is equipped with a modern dust control system, which atomizes water particles to minimize water usage, while maximizing control of "fugitive dust particles". Our daily production blasting is monitored with strategically placed seismographs, to assure that vibration levels remain well below state mandated levels, and meet the design criteria of our blasting program. The entrance to our property, the tree line berms, and our landscaping, are all part of our ongoing commitment to positive community stewardship. Arch Materials also believes that it is important to support the non-profit organizations in our community. Annually we make monetary contributions to area baseball and soccer teams, the local American Legion post, the June in Olde Williamsburg Festival, Clermont Senior Services fund raising activities, Clermont County Pork Producers Show, as well a contributing to fund raising events at area schools. In addition to monetary donations, we have been able to support the friends of the fair and the Clermont County Agricultural Association in the construction of roads, parking areas, and a building pad for the new horse pavilion, with donations of our crushed stone products. We have also supported efforts such as Williamsburg High School's Operation Restoration, with the rehabilitation of their football field and training facilities. CNEAA Knothole Baseball has benefited from the donation of stone to their parking areas and walking paths. All of this part of our ongoing commitment to the community in which we operate.
